News out now that Solomon Burke, the “King Of Rock-N-Soul” has died this morning. Collapsing at an airport in Amsterdam, the singer was 70 years old. Probably best known to recent generations because of his song “Cry To Me”being featured in the movie Dirty Dancing. But, if you dig deeper you find that the man was an enormous talent, being inducted into the Rock-N-Roll hall of fame in 2001.
