PLANET ASIA – F*** RAPPERS [FEAT FASHAWN & WILLIE THE KID]

Fresno’s finest unite! West Coast veteran Planet Asia and promising newcomer Fashawn are probably the two best-known MCs to emerge from Fresno, California.  On Planet Asia’s new album Black Belt Theatre, the two unite with Michigan up-and-comer Willie The Kid for the posse cut “Fuck Rappers.”  The blaxploitation-inspired Black Belt Theatre hits stores everywhere on February 28th through Wandering Worx / Daddy Real / Greeenstreets, with appearances from the likes of Raekwon, Talib Kweli, Paul Wall, Ras Kass, Camp Lo, Strong Arm Steady, Fashawn, Willie The Kid, Torae, Rasco, and more.

First if you aren’t up on Chris Dave, then get up get out and get somethin’……He is the drummer’s drummer…..In the clip above he murders Portishead and that one Bob James track……….yeah……he’s better than you are. I remember watching him at the Catalina Bar in LA back when he was touring with Robert Glasper and he completely stole the show man….I mean, uncanny drumming, the likes of whichthe world is not prepared for. Below you’ll find him playing around on Slum Village’s “Fall In Love”
