Femi Kuti, Macy Gray, Nile Rogers, D’Angelo, Roy Hargrove, Positive Force, and The Soultronics pay tribute to Fela Kuti on their own version of “Water No Get Enemy” from the Red Hot + Riot compilation, to benefit AIDS research.  I suggest you hunt down the album. It’s a great piece of work featuring some incredibly talented musicians…..

My first impression of Tito Lopez was he reminded me of Ras Kass mixed with Royce The 5’9, now before you lambaste me with your BS, know that this cannot hardly be a bad thing. I just mean from a sonic standpoint, he reminds me of the above mentioned rappers. Taking nothing away from his creativity or abilities at all. Dude can rhyme and seems to have a good head on his shoulders. I’m looking forward to the Biloxi, MS native to drop some more music. You can check out his The Lost Files Of Tito Lopez mixtape here…..
