It’s tragic when someone loses their life unexpectedly. Last night RZA, of Wu-Tang Clan fame, released a statement and a dedication to his friend, Paul Walker. Of course you’re aware that Paul died in a car accident in Valencia, CA on Saturday, it’s been well documented. I’d like to take a quick second just to thank Paul for all the charity work he accomplished while here on Earth. He was able to touch a lot of lives. This song is a testament to the heart of Walker, who was a Christian, as well as Robert Diggs. RZA, who is vocal about his spirituality, a cross between Five-Percent Nation and zen Buddhism, speaks about their meeting and sharing of ideas on things from manhood to being a father. Two men could work, talk and respect one another, while sharing their philosophies, without persecution or anger. The song was the work of RZA, his two sons and Will Wells, who performs the song here.
