Pharrell’s influence at Adidas is in high gear, from his bedazzled (Thanks Dart Adams) Stan Smiths worn on SNL this past weekend to this…….another Stan Smith being made available via Adidas…..and if anyone wants to argue that these are not influenced by the BBC/Ice Cream kicks, then well, whatever. Truth of the matter, they are very much in the vain of the original Ice Creams. I am not mad, I never got in to the Ice Cream kicks, but plenty of people did, although I liked the pager joints. From the 15 gallon hat (Also, thanks Dart Adams), to Happy being the song of the past year, things just keep looking up for Skateboard P. Can we get a new N.E.R.D. album?
