Nas added Fashawn to his Mass Appeal imprint label officially and to celebrate Fash drops his version of a CLASSIC. “CA State Of Mind” is an excellent display of what Nas saw in the Fresno native. We’ve seen it for years, since before Fashawn dropped Boy Meets World. Looking forward to homie having some strong backing.

When The Game dropped Doctor’s Advocate, he called in every favor possible to put together the 12 minute remix of “One Blood”. Twenty years of Nas’ Illmatic, the album still holds up today like it did then. Nas and Jay on stage together is still big to me. Diddy, though….meh…his looks like he just wants to lip sync and dance…..
What in the entire hell has gone on here? Did I just forgive Khaled for a whole bunch of BS? No! However, what he did right here is something serious. And Nas’ verse? Aight Nasir, well done my man. That verse is hard as hell, I’d love to see an album from Face and Nas, that would be some legendary stuff right there.

Ice-T’s documentary drops on June 15th, not sure if it’ll be playing anywhere in JXN. I might need to rally some people for a N.O. trip or Memphis? Who’s in?

ARGH!!! Hey, Nasir, make up your mind….will you suck or will you be dope? It’s a simple question….isnt it? I accept growth, so it is not about that, its about the “quality” of the music you put out…..whether it sounds like “The Don” or “Halftime”…….
When Dre left Death Row and started Aftermath he needed everyone to know he was serious, so he grabbed Krs-One, B-Real, Nas, and RBX for his first single off the label compilation. Not a bad way to start things off, of course today Dre has his paws in everything from headphones to Dr Pepper commercials….where is that Detox record Doc?
